RFQ SPE4A8-19-Q-0007. Solicitation is in accordance with FAR 13.5. Procurement of ONE (1) ROBOTIC CNC GRIT BLASTING SYSTEM in accordance with Purchase Description VIBB 17-40-1007 dated July 3, 2018. The contractor shall provide One (1) Robotic CNC Grit Blasting System, IUID Tag, Training, Shipping, Installation and Technical Data. Quantity is one (1) each. This solicitation will be solicited as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside, Full And Open Competition After Exclusion of Sources procedures for award of a Firm Fixed Priced Contract. FOB at Destination with Inspection at Origin and Acceptance at Destination. QAP 175 shall apply. All contractual performance period requirements shall be complete within 300 days after receipt of award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA), past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The estimated solicitation issue date is October 18, 2018.
