Western Area Power Administration, Desert Southwest Region, Phoenix, AZ Office has a requirement for six (6) each of a VE002804 Omicron CMC 356 Test Set with associated accessories and software. This is a 100% Small Business Set-aside Request for Quotation (RFQ) and a Brand Name requirement. Substitutions will not be accepted. The assigned NAICS is 334515 with a size standard of 750 employees. This requirement will be solicited as a commercial item acquisition prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 12 and 13. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated and only new equipment will be accepted. Interested parties can download the solicitation at http://www.fbo.gov on or about April 28, 2017. Any questions shall be submitted in writing to Western Area Power Administration, Attn: Greg Cagle, Contract Specialist, 615 S. 43rd Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85009-5313 or email to cagle@wapa.gov referencing the solicitation number in the subject line. No phone calls will be accepted. All responsible sources may submit a quote, and will be considered by the agency. Note: Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award. To obtain information on completing your SAM registration and/or obtaining a DUNS number go to the following website: www.sam.gov. SAM registration and Online Representations and Certifications must be completed and current in SAMS. It is important to read the solicitation COMPLETELY as there are instructions that must be met.
