Interested parties may submit a response by January 11, 2023 to the point of contact provided, detailing their relevant experience and capabilities. Responses will be considered to determine if conducting a competitive procurement is warranted.
There is no set-aside designated for this potential award. The pre-solicitation notice does not specify NAICS and PSC codes, but indicates the period of performance will be one 12-month period with an anticipated start date upon contract award. The annual maintenance renewal is for four OPEX Falcon scanners currently maintained by OPEX Corporation. A determination on whether to compete the proposed sole-source acquisition will be at the discretion of the contracting officer based on any responses received in response to this notice.
