The Naval Air Warfare Center, Lakehurst, intends to procure network analysis equipment that incorporates a number of test applications such as network latency and application performance testing, security vulnerability testing, as well as load and stress testing for the Naval Air Warfare Center, Lakehurst, NJ. The Navy has the need to upgrade current testing capabilities in order to simulate multiple Aircraft Launch and Recovery programs. Capabilities are for, but not limited to, programs associated with the CVN 78 to include ADMACS, Moriah, LSODS, EMALS, AAG, Cross Check, and IFLOLS. The system must be scalable to allow for a large amount and variety of physical ports with multiple testing configuration options. The equipment must be rack-mountable for ease of use in a laboratory environment. Delivery and installation must be made to the Naval Air Warfare Center, Lakehurst, NJ. This acquisition will be a competitive full and open procurement. All responses are due within 15 days of this notice. GENERAL INFORMATION: There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make an award or awards, or be responsible for any money expended by interested parties before award of a contract for the effort described above.
