The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, VA, intends to negotiate a cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF) sole source bridge contract to CACI Technologies, Inc. under FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation, and FAR Subpart 16.3, Cost-Reimbursement Contracts.
This requirement is for non-personal services that will enable United States Fleet Forces Command (USFFC) to obtain contractor support services to provide integrated logistics and training services for Naval Operational Forces staffs.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541330, Engineering Services, with a size standard of $22.5M.
The resulting contract is expected to be for one 6-month base period and one 3-month option period. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a contractor ineligible for award.
