The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is the executing agency responsible to the Office of the Deputy Under Secretary of Defense (Installations & Environment (ODUSD(I&E)) for execution
of the NALEMP program through Cooperative Agreements with tribal governments within New Mexico. The USACE Albuquerque District is the Department of Defense's (DoD's) lead organization for addressing Native
American issues in New Mexico. The contractor will provide technical, field level, and logistical support on nine (9) NALEMP Cooperative Agreements (CA), in support of addressing DoD related environmental impacts on Native American lands.
