Added: Nov 04, 2016 6:22 pm Modified: Dec 01, 2016 1:56 pmTrack Changes Reprocurement - NAMA Parking Meters. This a reprocurement of Solicitation P16PS00613 which was posted on April 14, 2016. The Department of the Interior, National Park Service, Washington Contracting Office, is soliciting proposals on a full and open basis to all firms capable of performing the work described in the solicitation. Paper copies of the solicitation and associated documents will not be made available. Instructions for proposal submission are included in Section L of the solicitation. Evaluation Criteria are included in Section M of the solicitation. The NPS intends to award a Firm Fixed Price type contract as a result of the solicitation. If awarded, award will be made to the offeror whose proposal represents the best value to the Government. Prospective Offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management website and complete representations and certifications at https://www.sam.gov. The solicitation will be posted to fbo.gov and fedconnect.net. All related documents will be posted to fedconnect.net. It is the contractor's responsibility to check the government point of entry daily for any changes to the solicitation. The NAICS code is 561990, All Other Support Services. This project is subject to Davis Bacon Act and Service Contract Act wages. The Davis Bacon Act will apply to the construction/installation portion of the project and the Service Contract Act will apply to the services portion. The estimated period of performance is one base year plus four option years. There will be a site visit Wednesday, November 16, 2016 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and Thursday, November 17, 2016 from 1:00p.m. to 3:00p.m. It is HIGHLY recommended that interested parties attend one of the site visit meetings. Please refer all questions to Ian Steinheimer, Contract Specialist at ian_steinheimer@nps.gov, with a copy to the Contracting Officer, Marian Gordon, at marian_gordon@nps.gov. Phone inquiries will not be responded to. Contractors shall RSVP for the site visit by contacting Ian Steinheimer at ian_Steinheimer@nps.gov. The last day for submission of questions is Monday, November 28, 2016. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions.
