IQC10000102476/RA20220006, solicitation number SPE4A7-20-R-0893.  This is an LTC for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base year and four one-year option periods for NSN 1670-01-468-9178, IAW BASIC DRAWING NR 81337 68F217-62 and NSN 1670-01-652-3453, IAW REFERENCE DRAWING NR 81337 68F217-42, both are Multi-Loop Lines, EAD quantity is 30  for NSN 1670-01-468-9178 and the EAD quantity is 100 for NSN 1670-01-652-3453.  Both NSNs are Life Support Items and Army Critical Safety Items.  Textile Testing, Government First Article Testing, and Production Lot Test are required for both NSNs.  Certified Cost & Pricing Data is not required.  Subcontracting Plan is not required.  This NSN is being set-aside for 100% Small Businesses only, offers from Small Businesses will only be considered.   Specification plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are available and can be furnished by the Government.    FOB: Destination, Stock Location:  New Cumberland, PA & Tracy, CA, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin, This is a Life Support Item therefore no surplus material will be accepted.  Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS):  The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation, A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA DIBBS at 26 August 2020.  https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ On the issue dated cited in the RFP.  From the DIBBS homepage, Select “Search RFPs” from the top category bar, then choose the RFP you wish to download.  RFPs are in portable document format (PDF).  To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.  This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com.  A paper copy of this Solicitation will not be available to requestors.  The solicitation will be available on 26 August 2020.
