• Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued.
2) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-98 and Defense Publication Notice 20180601.
3) The NAICS is 332311, Prefabricated Metal Building and Component Manufacturing. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS code is 750 Employee's. This acquisition is set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business'.
4) Description: Ten (10) modular office containers as follows:
- Size must be 20'L X 8'W X 8.5'H with insulated walls and ceiling.
- Interior divided into two (2) areas; 6' X 8' storage area and 14' X 8' personnel area, areas must be separated by a painted plywood or equivalent insulated wall.
- Exterior Cargo doors for storage area (6' x 8' section) must be operable with leaver and deadbolt.
- Vinyl Flooring throughout.
- Customizable colors.
- Three (3) each windows 3'x 3' with interior blinds and exterior burglar bars.
- One (1) personnel door 3'x 6'8" going into personnel area (14' x 8' section) with lever and deadbolt.
- 15K packaged terminal air conditioning (PTAC)/ 3K Heat with remote thermostat for personnel area.
- Two (2) each 4' fluorescent light fixtures, one for each area.
- Six (6) each double 110V outlets in personnel area.
