The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers-Vicksburg District has a requirement for all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to furnish and deliver off road diesel fuel to the M/V Strong, the M/V Fred Lee and the crane barges that accompany these vessels. Details are found in the attached Solicitation. Offerors should follow all instructions for quote submission as described in Section L - Instructions to Offerors and submit quote sections I, II, and III. All questions regarding this Solicitation must be submitted via ProjNet, with instructions located in Section L.
