NOTE: All responses to this IFB shall be mailed to Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region, P.O. Box 3700, Loveland, CO 80539-3003, ATTN: Benjamin Siltman. Physical Address for hand carried bids: Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region, 5555 East Crossroads Boulevard, Loveland CO, 80538.
The Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region has a requirement for a contractor to provide all the labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other resources necessary to complete this project. The work includes two stages,
Stage 03 involves installing a new power vault, multiple new conduits, a new transformer vault, repairing pavement and curb, and replacing approximately 4,500 feet of underground power cable. Stage 04 involves the replacement of the existing station service transformer. The combined estimated completion date is 300 calendar days after âNotice to Proceedâ. The estimated order of magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The solicitation is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 237130; Size Standard is $36.5M. The solicitation including specifications and drawings will be issued electronically at this site on or about 1 July 2016 at the following site: https://www.fedconnect.net/.
