About this opportunity
The Department of the Army Corps of Engineers Engineering District Walla Walla awarded a contract to Condor Security of America, Inc. for security guard services. Condor-Oatridge Security's bid of $2,272,939.72 for the services was 24% lower than the revised independent government estimate of $2,972,939.72, which accounted for an 18% reduction in projected overtime costs. As the incumbent service provider through its new joint venture with Condor Security, Condor-Oatridge Security's bid was deemed fair and reasonable based on competitive pricing and the revised independent cost estimate.
Notice text
Condor-Oatridge Security’s total bid at $2,272,939.72 is 24 percent lower than the revised Independent Government Estimate (IGE). The revised Government Estimate considers the decrease of 18 percent cost due to exuberant overtime estimates. Considering all elements such as the revised Estimate, the fact that Oatridge Security (now a joint venture with Condor Security) is the incumbent service provider of these services and the competitive bids received, the total bid submitted by Condor-Oatridge Security is considered fair and reasonable on the basis of competitive pricing and the IGE.
Awarded contract W912EF20C0009 to CONDOR SECURITY OF AMERICA, INC. for 2272939.72 on 2020-04-29.
