McNary Machine Shop Forklift

Sources Sought Notice: W912EF22RSS16
The US Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District is seeking sources to supply a 7,000 lb capacity forklift to McNary Lock and Dam, Umatilla, Oregon.
All items shall be delivered FOB Destination to McNary Lock and Dam. The contractor shall be responsible for packing and shipping the components in a manner that will ensure undamaged and complete arrival.
This will be a firm-fixed-price supply purchase. The government expects to award a purchase order in late June 2022. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is NAICS 333924 - Industrial Truck, Tractor, Trailer, and Stacker Machinery Manufacturing.
Anticipated Solicitation early May 2022.
This sources sought notice is a tool to identify businesses with the capability to accomplish the work. This is not a solicitation.
Responses to this sources sought notice should include the following information:
- A statement expressing interest in supplying a 7,000 lb capacity forklift meeting the below salient details. Please provide cutsheet, product description, and/or brochure for a potential forklift.
- Range of anticipate delivery times/ lead times.
- A statement of your firm’s business size status (HUBZone, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, 8(a), small disadvantaged, or woman-owned) with regards to the NAICS code listed above.
- Cage Code and SAM UEI number.
This sources sought notice is for market research and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to pay for information submitted in response to this request. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the market analysis and debriefings will not be available. - Industrial grade drive train components including but not limited to clutch packs, gears, and drive shafts
- Aluminum transmission case for effective heat transfer
- Easy access to LPG tank for replacement
