PRON: AX1F0262AX; NOUN: Memory Card, Persona; NSN: 7025-01-590-8773; P/N: SG9PC256SME1I & PRON: AX1F0263AX; NOUN: Memory Card, Persona; NSN: 7025-01-590-8593; P/N: SG9PC512SME2I, Quantity: 1000 each minimum/7000 each maximum on a 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract applicable to UH-60 with deliveries to Red River Army Depot, TX. Required delivery is 1000 each 175 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and up to 1500 each year until contract completion on each PRON. This requirement is restricted to Air Methods Corporation (07QY8) because the data needed to procure this part competitively is not physically available; it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft specifications. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
