The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure the following service on an other than full and open competition basis 1) A Marketing Study for Possible Employees at Major Science and Engineering University. This requirement is sole sourced to: Universum, 1518 Walnut Street, Suite 1800, Philadelphia, PA 19102 as the only study based on extensive research to provide impartial, independent information to make our hiring more effective. Any firms believing that they can provide this service may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm’s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the product and without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency.
