Update #2 · Latest ·

Added: Aug 31, 2016 10:40 am USHMM is cancelling the present requirement without award in favor of revisiting its existing infrastructure (including upgrading its LogRhythm installation and deployment of Amazon Web Services) in expectation of preparing and issuing an updated solicitation in the first half of calendar year 2017 that addresses oversight of both.

We appreciate the industry response in doing business with the Museum and will advise all who expressed interest in the opportunity as soon as we are ready to resolicit for this requirement in hopes that they will again choose to participate.

Update #1 ·

Added: Jun 24, 2016 11:16 am A living memorial to the Holocaust, the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum (hereafter referred to as "USHMM" or "Museum") is America's national institution for the documentation, study and interpretation of Holocaust history and serves as this country's memorial to the millions of people murdered during the Holocaust.

Approximately 1.7 million people visit the Museum each year, with another 13 million visiting USHMM online The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum has numerous externally-facing websites, significant databases of historical documents and information, a digital collection of Holocaust artifacts, substantial IT infrastructure supporting the Museum exhibitions and operations, and the full range of business support systems.

Through this solicitation, USHMM is seeking a Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) who can provide the security services listed. Our goal is to ensure the Museum's cyber-defense layers are monitored for attacks or malicious activity and its critical IT assets are protected from such activities.
