Added: Mar 23, 2016 1:12 pm PR No: 0060455545.  This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Magazine, Dispenser, Countermeasures used on the F-16 Aircraft.  This solicitation is for award of a definite quantity contract.  The NSN and quantities are as follows:

NSN: 5865-01-411-5278 for 68 Each.


In Accordance With Drawing 19397 177004, DATED 05/18/1993

Contractor First Article Testing Applies (one unit).


Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, 180 days AFAA or 180 Days ARO if FAT is waived.


Solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis utilizing other than full and open competitive procedures. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.  The anticipated issue date is on or about April 8, 2016.  The anticipated award date is May 30, 2016.


Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
