16. Description: One, U.S. or foreign flag, self-sustaining, container vessel capable of carrying a minimum of 900 TEUs with a net explosive weight of 4.6M pounds while satisfying all applicable regulatory segregation and compatibility requirements. Vessel must provide certification showing that each stow area above and below decks is certified to carry hazard class/divisions 1.1-1.4 Explosives (all compatibilities) per the vessel Document of Compliance for the Carriage of Dangerous Goods Certificate. Vessel must also provide certification that the vessel can carry hazardous class/division 2.2 in at least one stow area on the vessel and this shall be documented in the vessel Document of Compliance for the Carriage of Dangerous Goods Certificate. Vessel must be capable of 13 knots minimum when laden. Vessel must not exceed a maximum overall length of 304.8 meters, or 1000 feet and a laden draft of 10.7 meters, or 35 feet.
17. The place/range of delivery redelivery is the Military Ocean Terminal, Sunny Point, NC. The layday commences and cancels 23 September 2018.
