THE PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IS AMENDED TO EXTEND THE CLOSING/RESPONSE DATE FROM 9/14/2018 10/03/2018. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Augusta GA (VISN7), is issuing a solicitation for temporary lodging for beneficiaries coming to the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center, Uptown/Downtown locations in Augusta GA. Contractor shall furnish rooms to the VA beneficiaries authorized by the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Augusta GA. The contractor shall furnish all standard supplies/services included as the minimum room requirements. These rooms will be used on a short-term basis for the VA Hoptel Program. Availability of 30 rooms, to include 26 regular rooms and four (4) handicapped on weekdays (Sunday night through Thursday night not counting Masters Week), availability of four (4) rooms either handicapped or regular may be needed) on Friday and Saturday nights with minimum same day reservation/authorization required. During Masters Week no more than three (3) rooms per night (either handicapped or regular) will be utilized at the contracted rate.
