Added: May 27, 2015 2:17 pm This solicitation will contain one NSN of 5342-01-583-5731, Locking Assembly. The item is a part number in accordance with Freedom Precision Manufacturing CAGE 5NNW7 P/N: 200625380-10. The award type will be a Definite Quantity Contract, for a Firm Fixed Price buy with no option for a quantity of 671 each. The item is a 1C item, Critical Application Item applies, Higher Level Quality Standard ISO 9001:2008, Export Control, and Configuration Control applies. A small business sub-contracting plan does not apply to this acquisition as the value is not over $650,000. Other than Certified Cost & Price Data applies. This procurement will be solicited as Unrestricted in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin applies.  The Ship to location is Tracy, CA. Delivery is requested in 264 Days ARO. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Item is not a Critical Safety Item and is not commercial. The anticipated solicitation issue date is 6/11/2015 with an anticipated close date of 7/13/2015.
