About this opportunity

The Department of Housing and Urban Development seeks a contractor to provide a residential market data subscription and database access. The contractor must provide online access for up to six users to a commercially available database with current multifamily rental rates and occupancy levels in 165 major U.S. metropolitan markets. The database must include property reports, economic analyses, new development listings, daily news articles, and sales transaction data. Interested parties should submit capability statements by December 11, 2023 outlining their experience and ability to meet these requirements.

There is no set-aside designated for this procurement. The estimated value is $590,000 to be performed at the contractor's facility for one year. The required NAICS code is 54151 for information technology consulting, with a primary PSC code D302 for IT and telecom- facilities design. Responses to the sources sought notice will help determine the appropriate procurement approach and whether a socioeconomic set-aside would be warranted.
