The load bank shall be no larger than 22" length, 10" width, and 23" height. This requirement is for a basic quantity of three (3) each and 4 Option Periods. Option I is for a quantity range of 1-30 EA and is valid for 365 days. Option II is for a quantity range of 1-30 EA and is valid for 730 days. Option III is for a quantity range of 1-30 EA and is valid for 1095 days. Option IV is for a quantity range of 1-30 EA and is valid for 1460 days. Options may be exercised for Air Force (USAF), DoD, or FMS requirements. Assets will be shipped FOB origin. DELIVERY: Place of delivery for basic quantity is 2 EA to FE6041, and 1 EA to FE6441. Delivery is 180 days after receipt of award. Delivery of options is 180 days after exercise of options. Option quantities ship to is TBD. Contract will be firm-fixed price utilizing procedures of FAR Parts 12 and 13. The approximate RFQ issue date will be Friday, May 10, 2013; proposals will be due June 10, 2013. The RFQ will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website. The commercial item description may be obtained at FBO when the solicitation is posted. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation at www.fedbizopps.gov only. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED and no hard copies will be mailed out. Technical data required to respond to RFQ will be posted to FBO webpage after release of solicitation. Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with mandatory, explicit and detailed instructions contained in the RFQ. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. All questions regarding the RFQ must be submitted in writing to Yvette.Coddington@robins.af.mil with copy to Tara.Odom@robins.af.mil. NO TELEPHONE QUESTIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. All questions and answers will be uploaded to FBO. The identity of the potential offeror will not be included. Offerors are encouraged to register to receive notification for solicitation and all amendments/revisions and to check the FEDBIZOPPS site prior to submission of quotation.
