The Department of the Interior, Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD), located in Herndon, VA is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to award a commercial, Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract.



The purpose of this procurement action is to acquire services for litigation support, administrative support, IT/Web support, facilities support, and ad-hoc (surge) support for the Office of the Solicitor via a proposed single-award ID/IQ.



The minimum guarantee for this requirement is $10,000.00 and the maximum is $25,000,000.00. This requirement is a 100% 8(a) competitive set-aside and only qualified 8(a) small business concerns may submit a proposal.



The resultant ID/IQ will include a Base Year of twelve (12) months with four (4) twelve month Option Years. Individual requirements will be awarded via task orders under this ID/IQ. All respondents must be registered in the System for Award Management database (http://www.sam.gov) and must be a certified 8(a) small business concern as shown under their record located at http://dsbs.sba.gov/. The solicitation and any amendments will be posted to http://www.fedbizopps.gov.

All responsible sources may submit a proposal in response to the solicitation. All proposals will be considered.



The purpose of this procurement action is to acquire services for litigation support, administrative support, facilities support, IT/Web support, and ad-hoc (surge) support for the Office of the Solicitor via a proposed single-award ID/IQ.



The projected minimum guarantee for this requirement is $10,000.00 with a projected overall capacity/ceiling amount of $20,000,000.00. This requirement will be a 100% set-aside for an 8(a) certified small business.



This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a Request for Proposals (RFP). The government is not obligated to issue a solicitation as a result of this pre-solicitation notice; however, a solicitation is anticipated to be posted, at this time, on June 24, 2016. Proposals are tentatively scheduled to be required on July 15, 2016.
