The US Department of Agriculture Agricultural Research Service in Albany CA has a requirement for a Light-scattering instrument for characterizing particles. The product under consideration is manufactured by Anton Paar. This instrument is unique and may only be available through Anton Paar directly or through distribution. The instrument under consideration is configured as follows:
