This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement to Emerson Network Power / Liebert Services for a base year and four (4) option years.  Required service is for annual and emergency maintenance to two (2)Liebert Uninterruptable Power Systems (UPS's) and their associated battery banks which is necessary to maintain the integrity and operations of these vital power systems for the Government's DISN Enhanced Mobile Satellite Services (EMSS) Gateway Facility at NCTAMS-PAC Wahiawa, Hawaii.  Emerson Network Power / Liebert Services are the only company authorized, trained, and certified to work on Liebert UPS power equipment.
