Added: Nov 22, 2010 8:39 pm This contract is for the reclamation of the Jeremy Ross Refuse Fire emergency project located in Printer, Floyd County, KY. The work to be performed under this contract consists of extinguishing burning coal/refuse dumped downslope by pre-law underground mining operations.

The estimated cost range is $30,000.00 - $40,000.00. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition in 237990. The small business size standard is $33.5M. A PREBID CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD ON 11/23/2010 @ 10:30 AM. PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS ARE TO MEET AT: The McDonalds Restaurant located in Martin, Floyd County, KY. Bids will be opened on site following the prebid conference and site visit. Time will be announced by the Contracting Officer. ATTENDANCE AT THE PREBID/SITE VISIT IS MANDATORY. PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS MUST BE PRESENT AT THE PREBID CONFERENCE AND BID OPENING AT THE TIME ANNOUNCED BY THE CONTRACTING OFFICER.

Electronic and/or faxed bids will not be accepted. Contractors doing business with the Government are required to have a DUNs number, register in the Central Contractor Registration at ccr.gov data base and complete on line representations and certifications at orca.bpn.gov.
