This pre-solicitation notice is being issued in accordance with FAR Part 5. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO 7) intends to solicit proposals from interested and qualified contractors. The proposed acquisition is for Boiler Preventative Maintenance Services for the Carl Vinson VA Health Care System. The government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price Base and Four Option Year Renewal Contract as result of the solicitation. The solicitation will be a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside and should be posted on or about August 20, 2020. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 561210 and the size standard is $41.5 Million.

To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management database. Registration is free and potential offerors are encouraged to visit the SAM website because no contracts can be awarded to an offeror not registered in SAM.
