the expertise to properly install and program the equipment. In addition, some
equipment may still be under warranty during the time of installation, and Avaya must be
present in order to work with this equipment. The warranty can potentially be voided if a
company outside of Avaya attempts to work on the IVN system. The result of which is
the Government will have to pay Avaya to maintenance or repair the system if there is
an issue found due to the work by an outside company. The NAICS Code is 541512 and
the Small Business Size
Standard is $34,000,000.
