The 355th Contracting Squadron, Davis-Monthan AFB, hereby submits an intent to sole source notice. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-priced contract to Elements Industrial Limited for the procurement of ISU Racks and applicable equipment QTY: 7 EA. This procurement action is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy the Requirement. This document does not constitute a request for quotations, proposals, or bids.
An extended description of the product being acquired is as follows:
- CLIN 0001 - Cargo Rack Frame 88" deep, 11ft tall - 7 (EA)
- CLIN 0002 - Cargo Rack Platform Position 108" x 88" - 12 (EA)
- CLIN 0003 - Column Guard 6in section, 12in tall. - 7 (EA)
- CLIN 0004 - Cargo Rack Frame Anchoring Hardware - 7 (EA)
- CLIN 0005 - Cargo Rack Frame Shim Pack - 21 (EA)
- CLIN 0006 - Cargo Rack Stair Kit (one level high) - 1 (EA)
- CLIN 0007 - Rack Access Ladder (one level) - 1 (EA)
- CLIN 0008 - Installation - 1 (EA)
- CLIN 0009 - Cargo Rack Walkway Kit (for 108in wide bays) - 1 (EA)

Firms who desire to challenge this sole source action must submit an interest letter (email is acceptable) that demonstrates technical expertise, certifications, and authorization to compete for this acquisition. The letter must describe clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government, and will not be cost or time prohibitive.

This document does not constitute a request for quotations, proposals, or bids.
An extended description of the product being acquired is as follows:
