This combined synopsis and solicitation requests offers for the installation of nine metal pavilions at Tyndall Air Force Base in Florida. The Department of the Air Force Air Combat Command requires the installation of three curved pavilions measuring approximately 14' x 20' each, two curved pavilions measuring 14' x 14' each, and three hip metal pavilions measuring 14' x 20' each along with one measuring 12' x 18'. Offers are due by September 11, 2020 and the contract will be awarded to the offeror submitting the lowest priced, technically acceptable proposal. Questions are due by September 7, 2020.
This procurement is set aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses and has a North American Industry Classification System code of 332311 with a size standard of 750 employees. The place of performance is Tyndall AFB, FL. Offerors must furnish all labor, materials, equipment and transportation to assemble and secure a total of nine pavilions in various locations around the base by the end of the base performance period.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06 effective 5 June 2020, Defense Procurement Notice 20200605, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2019-1001 effective 1 Oct 2019. This procurement is being issued as a competitive Service-Disabled Veteran set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 332311 with a size standard of 750 employees. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so.

Curved Pavilions will be 3 each approximately 14’x 20’ and 2 each will be approximately 14’ x 14’.
Hip Metal Pavilions will be 3 each approximately 14’x 20’ and 1 each will be approximately 12’ x 18’.

The government will place an order with the offeror whose offer meets lowest price and technical acceptability.
