About this opportunity
The Department of Commerce National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking to procure the installation of a wall mounted HVAC ductless mini split system at the NEFSC Milford, Connecticut Laboratory Building #2. The contract will require the provision of all materials, labor, tools, and equipment necessary to install two 4-ton condensers and five individual office wall units, as well as associated hardware, refrigeration lines, refrigerant, controls, valves, sensors, field wiring, piping, insulation, and programming services. The contractor will also be required to provide two hours of training and commissioning for NEFSC facilities personnel. Proposals will be evaluated based on the Statement of Work.

Provide all materials, labor, tools and equipment to install a (2) 5-zone wall mounted HVAC ductless mini split system with (2) 4-ton condensers and (5) individual office wall units (per condensor) as well as all necessary hardware, refrigeration lines, refrigerant, controls, valves, sensors, field wiring, piping, insultation and programming services to ensure proper operation, as well as provide two hours of training and commissioning for (2) NEFSC facilities personnel and at the NEFSC Milford, Connecticut Laboratory Building #2 First and Second Floor, in accordance with the Statement of Work.
