1) COLLABORATIVE TESTING OF LOW-TOXICITY LIQUID HYPERGOLIC PROPELLANTS (Qty 1 Lot)

The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competitive basis this requirement. This requirement is sole sourced to Purdue University 155 South Grant St, West Lafayette, IN 47907-2114. Purdue is the only source that can provide this testing. The testing must be completed using the same methods as was previously provided by Purdue. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to donell.duenas@navy.mil no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893618Q0023 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.
