Added: Jun 20, 2017 3:28 pm Amendment #4 hereby answers questions presented by potential offerors:

1. Can you attach blueprints for the air handling units that you want cleaned?

They are not available

2. What is the history of the duct cleaning at this facility?

It was last cleaned in late 2004. Before that, I'm not sure.


3. Hours of operation are 4pm-12am. Can we work 12 hours shifts?


No. I don't have much flex with my workforce who need to be present during the cleaning. 8 hour shifts is the best we can do.

4. Does this solicitation require the contractor to have duct cleaning experience in labs or medical facilities?


No


5. Is there an infection control risk assessment that needs to be followed for this solicitation?

No

Added: Jun 15, 2017 3:08 pm Amendment #3 hereby incorporates the following:

 1) Extends the quote response date to 06/23/2017 by 10:00am CT.


2) Revised solicitation package attached


3) Updates SOW in solicitation package to include the following:

- Number of AHU's increased from 8 to 11
- Approximate linear square footage to be cleaned updated from 6,000 to 7,000 ft.

Please follow the offeror instructions listed in the solicitation document. The NAICS code for this action is 561790. The government intends to procure supplies using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The government requires all contractors doing business with the government to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). For additional information and to register in SAM, please access the following website: www.sam.gov. In order to register with SAM and to be eligible to receive an award, all offerors must have a Dun & Bradstreet number, which may be acquired free of charge by contacting Dun & Bradstreet on line at http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform or by phone at 1-866-705-5711. Award will not be made to any contractor that is not registered in SAM.
