This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No.: 140A0920R0021 herein cited will be procured under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07.
This acquisition is set aside for Total Small Business. The NAICS Code is 541690, Size standards in dollars $15 million.
The Contractor shall solicit work consisting of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, laboratory, transportation and incidentals necessary to perform an inventory and control of noxious weeds in the Hunter¿s Point Wash located in the Little Colorado River Basin watershed (Upper Puerco River), approximately 15 miles west-southwest of Gallup, NM for BIA, Eastern Navajo Agency, Branch of Natural Resources, Crownpoint, New Mexico. See attached Statement of Work.
Period of Performance: Date of Award through September 30, 2021.
