THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Joint Administrative Operations, SAT 1, intends to award a firm fixed price sole source award under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) to:

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 611710, Education and training Size Standard $24 Million. The object of this sole source award is to support the technical conservation, ecological and policy writing skills of the PIFWO staff in Honolulu, Hawaii and Hagatna, Guam, particularly related to policy, regulatory and recovery related work products. Through Critical Writing and Critical Thinking, Argument for Scientists, and Writing with Clarity. This course is only offered through this vendor as the author of Writing in the Environmental Sciences
