The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to issue a Request For Quote for a firm fixed price services contract for ground maintenance located in Medford, OR. The performance period is from date of award through 5 years. The performance period includes a one-year Base and 4 one-year term options. The NAICS code is 561730 and the small business size standard is $7.5 Million. The basis of award is the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Award will be made to the responsible respondent pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1 Options will be evaluated in accordance with provision 52.217-5. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or about April 26, 2017. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
