P = Re-tune a quantity 16 EA Navy-owned Model HFTR60-1 units to an approved second frequency.

In accordance with FAR 6.302.1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satistfy agency requirements
The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis to Herly Industries, 3061 Industry Drive, Lancaster, Pa 17603. A purchase order to re-tune a quantity of 16 EA Navy-owned Model HFTR60-1 units. Herley Industries is the only manufacturer that is authorized to re-tune the Navy-owned Model HFTR60-1 units to their Range Safety approved second frequency. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N68936-16-T-0123 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule. Respond by mail to NAWCWD, Code 245100D, Attn:Gayle Cline, 429 E. Bowen Rd. - Mail Stop 4015, China Lake, CA 93555-6108, or E-mail to gayle.cline@navy.mil. If you provide a quote via any other method, provide us with the date package was sent, commercial carrier, and tracking number so that we can ensure that your quotation is reviewed for consideration during the award process.
