The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) is a United States government-owned corporation created in 2004, whose mission is to provide grant assistance to support economic growth and poverty reduction in select developing countries with a demonstrated commitment to just and democratic governance, economic (Compact) with MCC that includes a plan for achieving shared development objectives and the responsibilities of each country in achieving those objects. The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Division of MCC's Department of Policy and Evaluation (DPE) is seeking an intermittent Personal Services Contractor (PSC) to serve as a Global M&E Support Consultant to provide critical strategic and organizational support to MCC's monitoring and evaluation team. This support will be focused primarily on enhancing the quality, accessibility and usefulness of MCC's evaluation results. The consultant will report to the Managing Director of the Monitoring and Evaluation Division (M&E) in the Department of Policy and Evaluation.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ); the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-87-2, effective 06 April 2016.
