Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Atlantic intends to award a sole source contract to Oracle America, Inc. for sustainment and
maintenance of the Global Combat Support System Marine Corps (GCSS-
MC). The mission of the GCSS-MC is to enhance the warfighter's capability by
developing an integrated enterprise logistics information system that provides
supply, maintenance, acquisition, transportation, health, and engineering
services to Marines in deployed and garrison environments. Post Deployment
Systems Support (PDSS) for Increment 1 allows the GCSS-MC project Office and
