The procurement falls under the Software Publishers NAICS category (513210) and the IT and Telecom - Business Application Software PSC category (7A21). Potential contractors should be aware that new and existing SAM registrations will require a notarized letter identifying the authorized Entity Administrator, and processing this additional information may take several days. The government emphasizes maintaining an 'Active' SAM registration status, as awards cannot be made to entities without active registration.
