Notice to Offerors:
The Fort Benton Interpretive Center at 701 7th Street, Fort Benton, Montana requires work to complete site and building alterations. Site work includes installation of a new storm drainage system, sidewalk repairs and new sidewalks, landscape restoration, pedestrian and traffic control. Building work includes exterior beam repair, gutter and roof drain system, Heating Ventilation and Cooling, (HVAC) modification and commissioning, replacing a track lighting system and one exterior door with a sliding door and new de-stratification fans.
Work inside the building requires conditional approval between until May 1st to September 5th which is the busy season. Reasonable accommodations for planned work will be considered during the busy season. Site work or work on the exterior of the building may occur on any schedule provided access is maintained to the building on existing walkways. The Government intends to have the Center open as much as possible for public use and has seven employees who will be stationed in the building during the work.
