FMC Rochester is a federally owned facility located at 2110 East Center Street, Rochester, MN 55904. The project consists of the following:

BOP is contracting for an outside contractor to remove the existing East Freight Elevator in Building 4 and replace it with a new electric traction freight elevator. Building 4, east elevator will have 4 stops with 4 front openings and a capacity of 5,000 pounds. FMC Rochester’s electricians will be completing all electrical work with this project.

Access to the specifications and drawings attachments will require an active https://sam.gov vendor registration (log in). Interested bidders must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://sam.gov.
