The Government proposes to acquire, on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, a minimum quantity of 85 each up to 545 each maximum of FITTING ASSY,STABIL; NSN: 1560-01-088-1709; Part Number: 70209-07051-052, applicable to the BE UH-60 (Blackhawk) weapon system. Forecasted/estimated quantities:
Year 1: 85 each
Year 2: 115 each
Year 3: 115 each
Year 4: 115 each
Year 5: 115 each
Production Lead Time is 85 each, 360 Days after Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to TEXARKANA, TX, 75507-5000.
This requirement is a 100% small business set aside. The Government has rights to technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions.
The solicitation will include provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the PROCUREX system and review the Reverse Auction help tutorials at: www.dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction.
This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source (s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website: http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
