This notice is not a solicitation, but rather a pre-solicitation synopsis in support of the F-22 Aircraft. The estimated award date is approximately June 2023. The requirement is NOT set-aside for small businesses. This competitive action is restricted to the following qualified vendors: Chemring Energetic Devices, Inc., CAGE: 93455; and Teledyne Electronic Safety Products, CAGE: 0EUB8
The proposed solicitation FA8213-23-R-3015 is anticipated to be made available through the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE) < https://www.sam.gov >, on approximately May 8, 2023. It is suggested that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with the described procurement contact the firms listed. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Qualification package required for those contractors who are not already qualified (See FAR 52.209-1).
