About this opportunity
This pre-solicitation notice seeks integration services for the F-16 Modular Mission Computer (MMC) 7000/7000A, including technical support, integration, delivery, and support of an integrated development/debug environment, the Built In Test (BIT) component, Computer Development Station (CDS) software, and the Debug Monitor (DM) component. The Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center Hill Air Force Base is the procuring agency. Proposals are due by June 30, 2020. The agency will evaluate proposals based on the offeror's ability to provide maintenance for the MMC and associated test equipment, which was originally developed as a Contractor Life Time Support item with software and hardware owned exclusively by Raytheon.
No set-aside designation is specified. Raytheon currently holds the CLTS contract and is therefore a potential incumbent. As the original equipment manufacturer, Raytheon designed and developed the MMC and test equipment. The pre-solicitation notice does not provide budget ranges or quantity details. Since this opportunity is to provide ongoing maintenance and support, the period of performance is likely multi-year.
