THIS IS A PRE‐SOLICITATION NOTICE. ANTICIPATED RELEASE OF RFP IS 10 Aug 2018. THIS WILL BE A ONE YEAR FIRM FIXED PRICE C CONTRACT FOR THE FOLLOWING:



This effort will involve engineering services to provide support for AIM-9 and AIM-120 launcher missiles working technical issues/deficiencies/studies regarding the power supplies, the launcher power supply interface and the test equipment used to test these items. These tasks shall include, but not be limited to issues regarding diminishing sources, technical manuals, and test equipment (Depot and Field Level). A monthly status report is required and will document the tasks performed, technical findings, and funds expended. This requirement is sole source to: Scientific Research Corporation, 2300 Windy Ridge Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30339. CAGE: 0D5A6. Authority: 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Solicitation is expected to be issued on or around 10 Aug 2018 with response due 30 days after solicitation issue date. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement or proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The RFP will NOT be posted at www.fedbizopps.gov.
