The improvements will take place at Black Canyon Dam and Field Office, Anderson Ranch Dam, Boise Diversion Dam, Cascade Dam, Deadwood Dam, Arrowrock Dam, Minidoka Dam, and Palisades Dam. Reclamation will purchase the following types of supplies for the existing security system: timers, power supplies, fiber optic cables, media converters, fiber converters, monitors, motion detectors, network switches, cables, multiple conductors, latching relays and bases, cat5e wires, door contacts, smart card readers, cameras, and DVRs. The existing security system is composed of Millennium Group for access control and Vicon for surveillance.



The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this requirement is 334290. The small business size standard is 750 employees. This procurement is being advertised as a total small business set-aside and will be conducted using FAR Parts 12 and 13. The award will be firm fixed price (FFP). Quotes will be accepted from all responsive and responsible small business concerns. An electronic copy of the solicitation will be available APPROXIMATELY August 5, 2016 at www.fbo.gov. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to receiving award of any contract; register at www.sam.gov.
