Key contract requirements include Government Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), adherence to export control regulations, configuration control compliance, and critical application standards. The final contract award decision will be based on a combination of evaluation factors including price, past performance, and other criteria as detailed in the formal solicitation. The solicitation is expected to be issued on or about December 24, 2025, with proposals due by January 23, 2026. Interested vendors should access the solicitation through the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) and direct any questions to the contracting officer, Renee Griffin, at renee.griffin@dla.mil.
