About this opportunity
The USDA Agricultural Marketing Service published a Special Notice of intent to award a sole source contract to DocuSign/Carahsoft. The Notice involves providing DocuSignGen software licenses and support for the agency's digital signature capability and document workflows to modernize its electronic certification system and SCION initiatives.
The Special Notice aims to procure DocuSign Business Pro and Enterprise Premier Support software licenses and related SpringCM products and services through a sole source award under FAR 13.106-1(b). Interested parties had until September 27, 2021 to submit capability statements and pricing to potentially be considered for the follow-on award valued at an estimated $1.350,110.26 over three years, instead of sole source to the incumbent. The licenses will enable digital signature functionality and document management needs for USDA's initiatives to modernize certification systems and the SCION program through electronic forms and approval routing.
