The National Park Service (NPS) Death Valley National Park, California has a requirement to acquire two complete Skid Mounted Reverse Osmosis Units meeting per the specifications for the Stovepipe Wells and Cow Creek water systems. Delivery must be to the final destination point at the addresses listed in the solicitation. Quote must include the delivery timeline or schedule and installation and connection of both units.
The resultant contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. Offerors must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov at the time of award.
This acquisition is being solicited as set-aside 100% for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 333318 Other Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing. The Size Standard is 1,000 employees.
An organized site visit has been scheduled for Wednesday, Aug 16, 2017 @ 10:00 am local time.
Participants will meet in front of the Cow Creek Maintenance Yard, 579 Cow Creek Service Road, Hwy 190, Death Valley National Park, California. A site visit to Stovepipe Wells will follow. Approximate GPS coordinates for parking spots just outside the Cow Creek Maintenance Yard gate are: N 36°30.13.33 W 116°52.07.51
A second site visit is scheduled for Monday, Aug 21, at 10am, meet outside the Cow Creek Maintenance yard at the same location as the site visit on Aug 16. A site visit to Stovepipe Wells will follow.
Quotes shall be submitted using the SF 18 with lump sum pricing according to individual Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) listed.
Award will be made by determining the best value IAW FAR 13.106-1 and 13.106-2.
Quotes must be emailed addressed to carole_childs@nps.gov. Quotes shall be submitted by the date and time specified in Block 10 of the SF18
Any questions shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer, Carole Childs, and no later three (3) business days prior to solicitation response deadline. Questions shall be addressed to carole_childs@nps.gov

Two complete Skid Mounted Reverse Osmosis Units delivered to Death Valley National Park, Death Valley CA
The Department of the Interior, National Park Service (NPS), Death Valley
National Park, CA, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ),
P17PS01946, for two complete Skid Mounted Reverse Osmosis Units meeting the specifications of the forthcoming solicitation for Stovepipe Wells and Cow Creek water systems by means of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract.
This project is being solicited as 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The
solicitation, including all bid documents, will be posted to the websites,
http://www.fedbizopps.gov and https://www.fedconnect.net/FedConnect on or
about July 25, 2017. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed or issued.
To receive the solicitation package you must download it from one of the
above sites. It is therefore the contractor's responsibility to check the internet
site daily for any posted changes to the solicitation.
Contractors must be registered in SAM-System for Award Management-in order to receive contract
awards.
